Master Key Week 5 – The Not-So-Silent Observer

This has been an interesting week. There was a lot of ebb and flow with regard to having opinions, and not having opinions. Some days it was easier to not have any, because of lots of work and not much human time, while others proved to be more difficult because of heavier interaction with people.

Overall, I’ve realized how opinionated I am – not that that was new to me…but the number of opinions I express on a daily basis, or even think…wow. And yet, NOT expressing them is strangely freeing. What I found was that when I became conscious of them and halted them, I moved on more quickly. There was no dwelling on whatever I would normally have had an opinion on, so it was easier to stay positive. Well….that and the Master Key and my readings. On the days where I had more interaction with more people, I had more opinions. I purposely stayed off FB, because many of my opinions come out in that medium.

I’m looking forward to reading the second scroll in The Greatest Salesman in the World book. We start that on Sunday. 🙂

I really agree on how freeing it is to not share your opinions all the time! I also notice that I have so many opinions all the time… Keep up the good work!

    Hi Suzanne,
You are absolutely right, it is not so easy to stay away of giving our opinion even if it is not asked. Great exercise to become aware of how our brain works. We keep on doing and keep on learning.
